It has been developed for use by the corrugated board industry for paper liner lamination. Anilobond - PG can also be used in other paper to paper laminating applications. Advantages Easier application at higher solid content of cold suspension Consistent viscosity at application temperature room temperature Greater tack with good bonding Quicker drying Improved surface properties Typical Analyses Colour: White to creamish white powder Moisture: Not more than 8.5 %. pH 10% w/w suspension: 5 to 8   Applications Anilobond - PG after pasting by cold suspension, is used to laminate the paper liner at the double backer in cold operation in corrugated board manufacture, It can also be used in other paper laminating applications. Suspension Preparation Take 110 parts of water in a tank equipped with an adequate stirring device, Add 20 parts of Anilobond-PG, Stir for 10 minutes to get a uniform suspension, free of lumps. The suspension is further stirred for another 15 to 20 minutes. The paste is ready for use. Storage Stability Recommended biocides would be Sodium Silico Fluoride SSF and or Para chloro Meta cresol PCMC. Another biocide is Isothiozoline, suitable concentration would be 0.1 % to 1 % depends upon the environment condition. Availability Anilobond - PG is supplied in 25 Kg. plastic lined HDPE woven bags. Anil can supply the same formulation in liquid form depending upon the requirement of the customers.
